I went and talked to my doctor about switching to insulin needles, or some other kind of sub-Q needles, and he refused. He said that using sub-Q needles with the thick testosterone solution would damage my tissue, and he was dismayed when I told him that I knew many people who did T sub-Q. He did say, however, that I could switch from 100mg every week to 200mg every two weeks. So I'll get a little relief from my weekly stabbing.
So I've been really dissatisfied with my results as far as my voice goes. It really hasn't changed at all in the last 8 months. So today I went to Dr. Vasquez and requested that I switch to injections. The nurse gave me my first shot in the tookus and showed me how to administer them myself. I don't know if I'll be able to do it... I hate needles, and it's bad enough having someone else stick me. We'll see how it goes.
Good evening. This is actually the first real post in my new trans site, Glass Half Full. I'm very excited to be starting this site, because for one, I think I make a pretty kick-ass trans site. I also really want to provide information to other FTMs.
Please take advantage of what the site has to offer; I've put a lot of time into it all.
Also, my YouTube channel may be a bit more up to date than this site. I suggest you check it out for my most recent transition video. ......................................................................................................
